ALDI proposed a new development at the intersection of Route 288 and Mercer Road (SR 1006) in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Wooster was tasked to identify the scope of the project, collect data, and provide a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report for the site.

Once this was completed, Wooster then prepared the Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) package through coordination with PennDOT and designed a full access site drive from Mercer Road and a right-in/right-out only (RIRO) site drive along Route 288.
