Pine - Richland High School - Pine Township, Allegheny, PA, Traffic Impact Assessment, Highway Occupancy Permit and Construction Oversight for roadway improvements along Babcock Blvd. and Warrendale Road. Construction anticipated to start in Spring of 2012 and be complete by late summer of 2012.
YMCA – Plum Borough, Allegheny County, PA, Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway improvements and traffic signalization at the intersection of SR 0286 and Kane Road. Construction anticipated to start in Fall of 2012 and be complete by summer of 2013.
Carnegie Mellon University - Traffic impact of the long-range campus development plan; traffic impact of a planned conference center and office complex; traffic impact and parking design analysis of the planned 600-car East Campus parking garage.

Islamic Center of Pittsburgh - Traffic impact analysis for a planned mosque site in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

Jewish Community Center - Site access needs and traffic impact assessment for a family recreation center in Monroeville, Pennsylvania; traffic and parking impact assessment for the Squirrel Hill Community Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Allegheny General Hospital - Preliminary analysis of neighborhood impact by hospital parkers, located within the Northside neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh.

Butler Memorial Hospital - Access plan and parking needs analysis to permit an assessment of current and future parking demands by various types of trip makers and an analysis of the commercial loading area requirements.

Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh - Traffic impact analysis for the Shanahan Building Renovation and Parking Garage.

Geisinger Health System, Patton Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania – Traffic impact study for the proposed Geisinger Master Plan; analyses incorporated the operational needs of the proposed site driveways with the I-99 interchange ramp system.

Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Parking needs evaluation and parking impact analyses.

South Hills Health System, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Employee transit dependency studies at Homestead and St. Joseph Hospitals; transportation needs studies and traffic designs pertinent to the Jefferson Center Hospital, a 400 bed general hospital in Jefferson Borough, Pennsylvania; parking designs and traffic circulation needs analysis at the Jefferson Center Hospital.

University Health Center of Pittsburgh - Transportation access and parking needs study designed to identify current and forecasted deficiencies. Identified solutions to problems as they related to the future of this regional health care and teaching facility; feasibility study for the first of several planned UHCP employee parking garages.

University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Cranberry Township, Venango County - Transportation access and impact study designed to identify current and forecasted deficiencies. This study includes the preparation of preliminary and final access design, the preparation of traffic signal designs and construction coordination with various engineering and contractors.

Baldwin High School, Baldwin/Whitehall School District, Pennsylvania – Traffic impact study for the school’s expansion project; Highway Occupancy and Signal Permit Plans for highway access plan.

Mt. Lebanon School District, Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania - An analysis of student walking routes and travel times; modifications to the Mt. Lebanon Junior/Senior High School site access and student drop-off/pick-up plan; pedestrian safety assessments at various elementary schools.

Gateway School District, Monroeville, Pennsylvania - School complex access needs study.

Quaker Valley School District, Edgeworth and Osborne Boroughs, Pennsylvania - Traffic impact analysis for the Edgeworth Elementary School Expansion; traffic impact analysis for the Osborne Elementary School Expansion.
