Bakery Square is a mixed-use commercial site being developed by Walnut Capital Partners, LP . This is the site of the old Nabisco Bakery on Penn Avenue in East Liberty . Our role included the preparation of the Traffic Impact Analysis and all design drawings for all traffic mitigation associated with the development. Plans include the widening of Penn Avenue to provide for auxiliary turn lanes at the site driveway and at Fifth Avenue and the preparation of traffic signal plans for five (5) intersections.
The Highlands is substantial retail development immediately off of Interstate 70 outside Wheeling , West Virginia in Ohio County . This site is being developed by the Ohio County Development Authority in West Virginia . This is the site of the Cabela's Store and Distribution Warehouse, among others. Our role included the preparation of Preliminary and Comprehensive Traffic Impact Analyses, including consideration of a second interchange to accommodate the future development plans of the Ohio County Redevelopment Authority.
Toftrees Master Plan is the proposed development of another 750 acres of mixed-use retail, commercial and residential land along the Route 322 By-Pass (soon to be I-99) in Patton Township, Centre County, PA. David E. Wooster and Associates, Inc., serves as the traffic-engineering consultant for S & A Homes, Inc. , the developer of the site.
Settlers Ridge Development is a 600,000 SF commercial retail development along Campbell 's Run Road in Robinson Township , Allegheny County . The site is being developed by Faison Enterprises, Inc., and CBL and Associates Properties, Inc . DEWA prepared the Traffic Impact Analyses for review and approval by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Allegheny County and Robinson Township . In addition, DEWA is preparing the design plans for the site accesses to Campbell 's Run Road and the revisions to the existing traffic signal system at the new Settlers Cabin Interchange.
